By accessing or using ProWriting, operated by Other Life LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ProWriting is an AI-powered writing assistant that provides text editing, transformation, and content generation tools. Features and availability may change at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the service. Output generated by our AI tools based on your input is yours to use. The service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of Other Life LLC.

6. Payment and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Other Life LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
